Do you clear for homesites and building pads?
Yes. We clear and open the area, and can rough-grade the pad — see our site prep work. We'll shape it so it drains right and sits ready for what comes next.
Can you clear without taking down my oaks?
Yes — selective clearing is common. We take the cedar and brush and leave the mature oaks and pecans you want to keep. Mark or point them out at the walk and we work around them.
What about the cedar specifically?
