Land clearing, site prep, gravel driveways, debris removal, and grading — done right with a JCB track loader and a crew that shows up when we say we will.
That pile has been sitting there longer than you want to admit. We load it, haul it, and dispose of it properly. Residential and commercial. Household items to large piles requiring equipment. Estate and property cleanouts, storage unit cleanouts, storm debris removal, and general junk hauling. One call, one crew, one machine. Some restrictions apply — hazardous materials excluded and flagged upfront.
A washed-out driveway beats up your vehicles and tells everyone your property isn't maintained. Base prep, grading, gravel delivery and spreading. We crown it and compact it so it stays put. Quoted by the job.
We deliver it, spread it, or both — your call. Gravel, fill dirt, base material, and more. Already have material on site? We'll spread it. Quoted by material type, volume, and spread distance.
Cedar, mesquite, and heavy brush don't quit growing. Neither do we. We clear small cedars, saplings, and heavy brush — the kind that hides snakes, rodents, and everything else you don't want near your property. Shred it, haul it, or leave it — whatever your land needs. Quoted by the acre or by the job.
Got a building pad, outbuilding site, or pasture that needs to be shaped and ready? We move dirt, level ground, and get your site prepared right the first time. Quoted by scope after site visit.
That old shed, collapsed structure, or pile of junk isn't going to disappear on its own. We knock it down, load it up, and haul it off clean. You'll wonder why you waited. Quoted by scope after site visit.
Too many homeowners have been burned by unreliable contractors. CHEW was built to change that.
Central Texas property owners shouldn't have to chase down contractors, wonder if they're showing up, or get surprise invoices. We built CHEW around one principle: if we say we're coming, we're coming — and the work gets done right the first time.

I'm a Central Texas landowner. I know firsthand how fast this land gets overgrown and unusable. I know how we collect things thinking they'll come in handy someday, until one day you've got a pile, a barn or garage you can't use, and junk scattered across your property. I have a quarter-mile gravel drive that needs constant attention. I had old structures sitting there, a liability I kept ignoring, until I found rodents and rattlesnakes moving in.
Property is like a vehicle. Ignore it long enough and it costs you more than it ever should have.
So I bought a skid steer, got the attachments, and cleaned my place up. Then a friend asked for help. Then a neighbor. I found out I loved the work. When I retired, CHEW was the natural next step.
But there was another reason. Over the years I hired a lot of contractors. A few were excellent. Most weren't. They'd show up late, work a few hours, drag the job out, and ask for more money. Some did decent work and left their trash blowing across my property. I got tired of it.
I knew I could do better, not because I'm perfect, but because I commit, I show up, and I do the work. When mistakes happen, and they will, I own them and I fix them. That's what CHEW is built on.
